Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, products must strictly adhere to the following:
Unused & Unwashed
Perfect Condition
Original Tags Intact
Original Packaging
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Approval & Liability
Return approval and final decisions rest entirely with the respective brand.
While 31 Labels will facilitate the return process and communicate between the customer and the brand, we are not liable for brand-specific return decisions or rejections.
